Surface RecommendationRecommendations for Use The maximum cooking capacity is 3/4 of the total volume of the item. Position the kettle handle inward toward the center of the burner. If your stovetop has grates, center the item on the grates and align the handle with one of the grates. Keep hot cookware and utensils out of reach of children. Always use low or medium heat (never exceeding 260°C/500°F). Before first use, wash the item with a soft sponge and mild soap or dishwashing liquid. The handle and knob may loosen over time due to the natural expansion of the material. Tighten the screws but do not overtighten. Cleaning: Avoid soaking the item in cold water when it is hot.
