Surface RecommendationMaximum cooking capacity is 3/4 of the item's total volume. Position the kettle handle inward toward the center of the burner. If your stove has grates, center the element in the grate and align the handle with one of the grates. Keep hot cookware and utensils out of reach of children. Always use low or medium heat (never above 260°C/500°F). Before first use, wash the item with a soft sponge and mild soap or dishwashing liquid. The handle and knob may become loose over time due to the natural expansion of the material. Tighten the screws but do not overtighten. There is an indicator arrow on the kettle lid. To prevent the lid from falling off, "lock" it in place with the arrow facing forward and then turn 1/4 in the direction of the lock to secure it securely. Cleaning: Avoid soaking the item in cold water when it is hot. Never use abrasive products to wash the item. To best preserve the item, store it clean and dry.
