CYCLONE L.S. 2 MM FLAT BASE (B-300) The main purpose of the CYCLONE LEVEL SYSTEM is to prevent lippage during the installation of ceramic tiles with thicknesses between 3 and 20 mm , whether on floors or walls . RUBI leveling systems are particularly recommended for improving finishing quality when working with large-format tiles . However, they can also be used with smaller formats (recommended from 12" x 12" ) and always with double gluing . Make sure that the surface is leveled and even for the best performance. The CYCLONE LEVEL SYSTEM from RUBI is simple and intuitive to use, and the results depend less on the user’s skill compared to other systems available on the market. The flange range of the system comes in different joint widths and includes cross-shaped and T-shaped bases to replace traditional tile spacers. Each flange width is color-coded for easy identification. The threaded caps are reusable , and the wide circular base ensures uniform pressure at all times. The design of the caps was specially created to maximize ergonomic comfort during manual tightening , requiring no additional tools for either tightening or removal. It also provides clear visibility inside the cap area, allowing the installer to see if there’s excess adhesive or if the tile alignment is correct.
