Returns & Warranty:


The terms of Returns & Warranty are stated hereunder. Warranty:


Tools – All the tools equipment sold on Osta feature a 1-year warranty from purchase date. This includes any manufacturer malfunctions in mechanical parts. This does not include any misuse of the products, damage from use or product wear down. Non-Mechanical products warranty is for damaged products when received by the customer, and does not include any misuse of the products, damage or product wear down from product misuse.


Other Products (Construction Chemicals, etc.) – Warranty for these products from Osta is applied upon product receipt. Once the product has been received and the product specification match the order, and the customer receives the product without any issues, the warranty is considered honoured to the customer as product uses may vary along with the applied mixtures. Note: All warranty claims must be submitted through a direct request to Osta through official communication channels (Chat on website & mobile App), and WhatsApp official number.


Returns:


In the pursuit of providing the highest level of comfort and customer journey to all our customers, they are more than welcome to return the products under the following circumstances and conditions:

1. If a customer returns the order (products) upon delivery, a return is automatically accepted

2. If the customer receives the order and the product is faulty (fails to perform normally), or is damaged upon unboxing, then the customer can issue a return request directly from My Orders section on the website or the mobile App

3. Partial returns can be issued by following the step in point number 2 by selecting which product within the order the customer wishes to return for the same reasons

4. Return requests must be accompanied by an image of the product, and once accepted, all the contents of the products must be returned with the package

5. The product box or packaging must be in original condition. Torn boxes or packaging will not be accepted

6. All Return Order refunds are processed once the package is received by Osta and checked

All return requests must be processed from the website or mobile App by selecting the order and following the return request steps.
