Returns and Warranty Policy


The terms of returns and warranty are stated below. Warranty


  • The warranty period varies depending on the product type and brand, and is specified on each product page in the details table.
  • To maintain your warranty rights, please ensure you receive the warranty card or sales invoice from Osta upon receiving the product.
  • The warranty covers malfunctions resulting from manufacturing defects or faults in mechanical or electrical parts.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, damage resulting from improper use, or natural wear and tear of the product.

Returns


In order to provide the highest level of convenience and a distinguished shopping experience for all our customers, we welcome product returns under the following terms and conditions:


  1. Upon receiving the product from the delivery representative, the customer has the right to inspect it immediately, and if they do not wish to keep it for any reason, they may return it directly to the representative free of charge.

  2. The available return period is two days (48 hours) from the date of receiving the product, and the return is completely free of charge.

  3. After receiving the order, if the product proves to be defective (failure in normal performance) or damaged upon opening the package, the customer has the right to submit a return request within the mentioned return period through the returns page on the website or mobile app.

  4. Partial returns are possible for any product within the order by following point (2) and selecting the specific product the customer wishes to return for the same reasons mentioned above.

  5. Returned products must include all their contents and be in their original packaging in good condition; torn or damaged boxes or packaging will not be accepted.

  6. All refunds are processed after Osta receives and inspects the returned package.


Return Exceptions


  • For these products (construction materials, construction chemicals, and Detergents and Cleaning Products), the warranty provided by Osta applies only upon receiving the product. Once the product is received, verified for specifications, and accepted by the customer without any issues, the return warranty is considered expired.

  • Returns after receipt are not applicable due to differences in results or usage methods, as applications may vary depending on mixtures or application techniques from one person to another.
